By registering a domain name ending in .uk, you enter into a contract of registration with Nominet UK and Perfect.uk

Our Key Terms
Perfect.uk provides its customers with .uk registration at £10 per year.
Customers .uk domains are set to renew automatically for 2 years. An expiry notice will be sent in the form of an invoice generated 30 days prior to expiry.
Transfers out (tag change) is free however Nominet will charge £10 VAT for a registrant name change.

If a customer wishes to cancel a domain name at any time please contact us and we will set the domain to expire.

    Office Hours: Monitored 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday – Friday
    Emails received outside of office hours will be collected, however, no action will be taken until the next working day

    Complaints and appeal procedure
    If you have a complaint, please contact:

    We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.

    We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally involve passing your complaint to our customer support manager who will review the account and speak to any members of staff who have had contact with you.

    Our customer support manager will send you a detailed written reply to your complaint, including his/her suggestions for resolving the matter, within 21 days of sending you the acknowledgement letter.

    At this stage, if you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again, and we will arrange for one of the company directors to review the decision.

    We will write to you within 14 days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final position on your complaint and explaining our reasons.

    As we are a small company with one director there is no meaningful scope for further escalation beyond this process.

    If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, or indeed at any time, you may be able to complain to Nominet.

    Abuse Policy
    If we become aware of abuse, either through our own monitoring or third-party notification – we reserve the right to suspend services pending investigation and/or the resolution of any issues. Such abuse might include malware hosting, spam / unsolicited email, or other unspecified issues.
